Since Special Summoning directly from the deck is so much better than adding a monster to your hand, you should always consider having Zombie World active when using Glow-Up Bloom’s effect. On its own Zombie World is also a great floodgate against decks that base their strategy on a certain type of monster. Use Immortal Ruler to search Zombie World.
