You can Set this card face-down in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Spell Card. If this face-down card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone is destroyed by an opponent's card effect and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during the End Phase. When this card is Flip Summoned, destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field equal to the number of "Toy Magicians" on the field.

There was a situation where I flip toy magician, option to destroy spell never come out, opponent activated skull lair destroyed my toy. By right, effect should activate, skull lair shouldn't negate the effect. Bug?

If there are no more toy magician in ur field after skull lair resolves, then it was not a bug. Cause the effect of toy magician is "When this card is Flip Summoned, destroy Spell or Trap Cards on the field equal to the number of "Toy Magicians" on the field."
It means if u didnt control any toy magician after the flipped one destroyed, u cant destroy magic/trap on ur opponent side.

Hmm but I flipped the toy before he activate skull lair. Meaning giving priority to skull first then toy? (Checked the log, "toy magician effect activated ")

If he activated the skull lair chained to ur toy magician. It means the first effect that resolved was skull lair. Last chain = first resolve

Its pure random luck. I got 5 the first event and 2 this event but even though i farmed YM at least 10-15x a day during the first event and as often as he appeared during the second event (appeared 1/4 as often this time) all while hitting 7-8k every time i still couldn't get a single Union attack. Got 4 Gandora last event and 2 this event and still no Union. I wanted the UR and SR Union monsters

As well but couldnt get a single drop from those 3 cards. Instead a useless UR in gandora and a bunch of rares. Not to mention, not only did his rate of appearance drop drastically this time but when he did appear he was only lvl 30 about 85% of the time. I was also wondering if his lvl he appeared has was random luck, synchronized pattern, or set according 2 how often u played. Regardless

To all the random bs and how unlucky i was compared to those who got 5 Union Attacks lol, his appearance rate especially at lvl 40 needs to be increased dramatically next time or his drop rate of SR n UR needs a huge boost.

no toy magician and union atack , i fought every battle with yugi and win milion time BLOCK MAN Why do we need that much block man while it is not worth even to trade the most of the cards we won

It could make mai waste her harpie summons and then you get free tribute fodder next turn. Excellent for a Dark Magician deck

I've been trying to get toy magician. I have beat lvl 30 and 40 yugi multiple times. Can someone help me out? Or is it just pure luck?

i just tried it after getting one from a lucky drop, unfortunately it does not work, would be crazy good

Since it is summoned during the End phase, I wouldn't say that it can be used to defend against Deadalus.

Can you flip it urself or it must be destroyed?

The flip effect doesn't require there to be other Toy Magicians: on its own it can already destroy 1 S/T.

Unfortunately, the problem is that it's not a flip effect, but an effect that requires it to be Flip Summoned, making its effect nearly impossible to trigger in Duel Links.

Not impossible at all. Works well with cards that stop attacks like windstorm, e-con or kuriboh. Also against defensive decks/players.
