Can only be activated when your opponent declares an attack.

Tips

Dimensional Prison banishes your opponent’s monster without destroying them which bypasses effects like Stardust Dragon and Prime Material Dragon.

Traptrix Atrax

A face-up Traptrix Atrax on your field can protect Dimensional Prison from your opponent’s negation effects.

Paleozoic Traps can special summon themselves from the graveyard as monsters when a Trap card is activated.

There aren't thaaaat many cards in DL yet with a targeting immunity.

Have you meet laval stenon? Have you meet people trolling with obelisk? Have you meet vylon anti meta? This is battle trap anyway, AG and KOAKI don't give a 🔥 about trap, WOD is still better as a battle trap bcs its multiple target and permanent attack loss

Played against decks like this before. 12 traps + 8 4stars 1900ATK. 🔥 people just set 3 traps in first turn and you just can't destroy all of them in 1 turn.

I think only Armades, Slugger, obelisk and Reactor dragon will be able to survive. There are not many cards that avoid targeting right now, so it's top tier for me

And Reactor will survive only during the turn it was summoned + only if Fortress is on the field.

I feel like this card should’ve been a great game changer for battle traps seeing as it’s the first one to banish instead of destroy monsters but half the meta easily deals with battle traps already. What a shame

They're useful in the somewhat rare event you encounter something other than Ancient Gear or Koa'ki Meiru.

I think so. Same as the previous main box which only sold Red Dragon Archfiend for the fanboys. A box that doesn't give you new top tier deck is just a bad box
