ANSWER: To activate the card you need to have "Magican of Chaos" 'in hand'.

Just want to clarify. I have a magician of chaos and the advance ritual spell. I dont understand why i cant use the spell even though there is a level 7 monster in my deck.

It must be a Level 7 Normal monster.

only normal monster (monster with no effect like alpa,gamma etc)

I have a question.. every time i play, i cant use this card the first turn i draw it or have it in hand.. is this normal? I also have this with chaos form

Either you don't have ritual monster in hand
Or you don't have a normal monster in your deck (for Advanced Ritual Art)
Or you don't have monsters in hand or field whose total levels EXACTLY EQUAL to level of ritual monster

why do you require monster on field or hand ? the card clearly says send the normal monster from the deck

If your field is full it won't activate because it MUST use monsters from the deck and if your field is full, even if u have a applicable monster face up there us no room to summon a new monster

That's not true. You can use only one monster. Don't spread misinformation!

It's either due to a skill or to another card effect (yours or the opponents). If I had to guess I'd say that it's due to "A Trick Up the Sleeve"

Just to be very clear i have this card on turn one in my hand along with the ritual monster magician of chaos at the same time i do have a dark magician ready in my deck still this spell won't activate . any reason ?

Are you sure? Magician of chaos is indeed lv7 monster. However, keep in mind magician of black chaos is lvl 8.

What skill are you using? And was it the very first action you tried to do in that example or did you (or your opponent) use some other cards before?

I cant use this on the first or second turn for some reason, i have Advanced ritual art in hand and hand 3 dark magicians in deck and magician of choas in my hand and i cannot acvtivate it???
