You can use your opponent's monster as the requirement to tribute a monster and special summon from your deck.
You can tribute your monster to take control of your opponent's monster so you can tribute it as the spell's requirement.
This card can be special summoned using either Rai-Mei, or Reload/Monster Recovery/Magical Mallet, making it easier as the requirement to tribute and special summon a monster from your deck. Other monsters that let you special summon other monsters when it gets destroyed can also work as well.
These skills can be used to let you know what cards are coming next in your deck. When a monster that you want to special summon is at the top of your deck, use monster gate to special summon it.
