This card vs magical mallet?

The only thing this does 'better' is allows you to recycle a monster which can be situational like if it's equipped with Mask of the Accursed or targeted with other quick plays like Super Rush Headlong or Econ it can save your monster. Mallet is just easier to use. tl;dr if you want to reshuffle, Mallet. If you want to avoid opponent control and reshuffle your hand, Monster Recovery.

Especially if used on Sonic Bird or Senju, double dip on their effects.
