Pros

  • Grants all your Zombie-type monsters 500 ATK during damage calculation only.
  • Has effects that allows you to destroy 1 monster on the Field while discarding a DARK Vampire monster from your Hand or Deck to the Graveyard.

Cons

  • The destruction effect does have a cost and activating it with the cards we currently have is not always easy.
  • Field Spell may cause your starting Hand to brick if you put too many copies.

Tips

  • Since both Vampire Lord and Vampire Lady apply the “Bleed” effect only when they cause battle damage to your opponent, the easiest way to trigger the destruction effect is to use Vampire Grace’s effect.

Vampire Archetype

These are the recommended Vampire monsters that gains massive advantage with Vampire Kingdom as Field Spell. Vampire Lord and Vampire Lady are pretty much required to trigger Vampire Kingdom’s effect to destroy 1 monster on the Field while discarding a DARK Vampire monster from your Hand or Deck to the Graveyard.

Synergy

Vampire Takeover
Vampire Takeover

Vampire Takeover is a powerful Trap card that can place 1 Vampire Kingdom Field Spell to your Field directly from your Deck. You must control no Field Spell and minimum 1 Zombie-type monster to use this effect, and all your monsters must be Zombie-type. Additionally, you can Special Summon 1 Vampire monster from your Graveyard to the Field in defense position.

It's hilarious seeing this card in Standard Duelists' "Deck Scraper" deck.

Sure, milling the opponent is the deck's theme, but....whoever designed the deck must have missed the part saying that you need a DARK Vampire monster for this card's effect, as the deck has none. Nevermind DARK ones, there isn't even any Vampire monster.

Question about real-life speed duels, would kaiba's new ability, viral infection, trigger this card's effect when it comes out?

I would say no because in duel links abilities that make you discard cards from hand stopped trigger the card's effect once the new rule was implemented, but what about this?

I'd be surprised if they ruled they didn't work that way. While Skills don't start a chain, there's nothing indicating they can't trigger things where appropriate. The fact it's a game mechanic in Duel Links is irrelevant.

It's worth pointing out that Catch of the Day Special Summons things, which is something no skill in Duel Links does. I'd say that points to most mechanics following the TCG.

I find it riddiculous when Hazy Flame ruined Vampire Kingdom's effect and turned it into 🔥 Kingdom.

I see you're an ignorant who can only judge who everyone is. Once a card sent from your opp's deck to his GY, Vampire Kingdom activate automatically with no button for refuse. You can't target Hazy, yet you should destroy your own card (if opp don't have anything besides Hazy) and do the unwanted self-milling.

It needs to be triggered by a card effect, not by a Skill.

Cards cannot respond to Skills.
