This card can be use in damage step and apply on your opponent's monster too. So it hard to counter and can be very useful.

More useful for Big Shield Gardna stuck in Attack mode though.

Mirror wall is a wall with no cost...
But this card is way better than Rising Energy.

Its much more situational. This card requires you to have real BIG ATK monster or very low ATK monster in hand to be of use. You also need discard them when they potentianally useful for next turn instead of some dead/less useful card in hand unlike Rising Energy

even with Rising Energy you'd most likely want to discard a monster anyway. Monsters are both more expendable and retrievable than Spells and Traps.

so the reason Blazing Inpachi becomes a charcoal is because Gagagigo doused it down? XD

(Gagagigo is a WATER monster, after all)

Well you can use this in a low atk deck essentially to drop opponents atk power or to increase yours... So I would say its pretty interesting tech plus you can combo it with something like Fabled Lurrie

seems like it will be worth using with Half Shut.

Tribute low atk monster to target enemies monster then...

Use monsters you control to atk enemy monster, apply Half Shut on enemy monster, if your opponent has another face up monster on the field, use magical arm shield to grab that monster; this should finish off your opponent considering you should own the higher atk monster.

Love thy burn

Discard exodia piece during opponents attack, back up soldier piece back. Rinse repeat.

It says your monsters cannot attack opponent directly so. You still can attack the monster you changed atk and def

for reaching over 5000 dmg assesment in farming, you need monster with original atk more than 5000 in hand, which is currently no cards have that.
