During your opponent's turn: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls whose ATK is less than or equal to their LP; destroy that face-up monster, and if you do, take damage equal to half its original ATK, then inflict damage to your opponent, equal to the damage you took. You can only activate 1 "Ring of Destruction" per turn.

Destroys an opponent’s monster.
Inflicts burn damage.

Cons

You can only destroy monsters with ATK lower or equal to your opponent’s LP.
Inflicts burn damage to you first.

Tips

The targeting is based on the monster’s current ATK while the burn damage is based on its original ATK. This creates a situation where you can target a debuffed monster to deal larger damage.

Negate Self-Burn

Because the burn damage is inflicted to you first, it is possible to lose with your own effect. You can use these cards to get rid of the burn damage to yourself, and turn it into a heal in the case of Prime Material Dragon and Rainbow Life.

I'm guessing that it could be in Bastion's deck in the tag duel since it wouldn't be as bad starting with more lp in that.
