♦ ColossalIC: DNA Transplant is used to help protecting your spells/traps by banning any of your monsters; turning Dyna into a 5-Star Water beater, which makes him able to use SSA's second effect while also effectively shutting down Masked HERO decks, as they can't summon Anki due to the Attribute change. |
♦ akatsuki327: I used Jinzo to negate Trap Cards which is used by Amazoness and negates most defensive backrows. I also limit my Donpa and use Enemy Controller because of its flexibility of its usage. |
♦ Pduque13: I use The Tie that Binds instead of Beatdown to OTK without high-level monsters. Offerings to the Doomed works very well in this deck. It can prevent you from OTK or help you to OTK, but use it wisely since you won't draw in your next turn! |
♦ Re-Qliet: Didn't have the third Beat nor Kuriboh Sphere, so I've tried to put Alector and Chalice. Both worked perfectly. Alector made the amazoness match-up fairly easy and Chalice is just OP in any scenario. |
♦ BlueMinotaur: This deck is still good after the nerf, but is now more balanced compared to other top tier decks. Most of the cards and plays are self explanatory, so I would just like to mention that Regulation of the Tribe was quite good against Amazon, UA, and even Vampires. It also helps free up a monster zone after you clog it with your summons, which opens up for more interesting plays and recycling with the use of Seal. |
♦ Luseat 2nd: I dont have any spell/trap that clear backrow, so i put use magical arm instead, just summon 3 monster including wiz, tribute 2 of them take control 2 of enemies monster and then u can otk next turn. Mostly win every single deck except Amazones |
♦ Iliyan98: I had to make some changes to the deck this season. I don't run Hey, trunade because it isn't so good now that the deck can't OTK easily and against Amozoness and U.A. they will simply chain their continuous traps. Many times others try to stop the first normal summon and the cyclones help with preventing this. I also don't run TTH to be able to run other powerful traps. I would've run Canadia instead of Floodgate but I don't have one. |
♦ Bortboi: I played fur hires with the skill tie that binds. I played lots of back row removal as amazoness are a widely played deck this format and trunade, cyclone and jinzo are blow outs in that match up. I didn’t come into contact with many vampires or U.A but I feel as though those match ups are very coin toss/ rng based, so didn’t play sealed tombs as I feel that you need ties that bind for the mirror. It only took me a day to grind from plat 1 to KOG with this deck. The deck isn’t tier 1 in my opinion but you can net free wins by forcing your opponent to surrender when setting up strong turn 1 boards as well as quickly OTK’ing when taking second. |
♦ Legend: When silent magician bricks it tilts so hard. So when I got to Legend 2 I decided to play amazoness. Tilted by magepower anti-trap deck, i quit amazoness and played furries. Hey trunade is an op backrow removal for otk. Mayhem is good to bring out card destruction effects from donpa, recon or even beat to gain a +1 advantage on enemy’s turn. Treacherous is op and wall of d is used to overcome decks like vampire. |
♦ AbreNalgas: 2nd season reaching KOG with the same archetype, trust me, it's awesome. This time I added Hey, Trunade! for easier OTK and one Dragon Ice for the summon effect and because of its synergy with Sea Stealth Attack. Many people think furries were dead since the latest ban list but trust me, you just need to grab 3 Wiz, 3 SSA and in combination with Mythic Depths you'll make those furries great again. 1) Spellbook: hard match-up because of Spellbook of Fate and Cosmic Cyclone on Umi. 2) Vampires: somewhat troublesome match-up, because of Vampire Kingdom second effect but if you have 2 Wizz on field you'll be able to protect your SSA and/or Umi. 3) U.A.: very fast deck, if you manage to get Wizz + SSA before they summon Dreadnought, GG. 4) Amazoness: easily counter Amazoness Onslaught with Wizz + SSA. The only problem I faced using this deck was Cosmic Cyclone. If your opponent manage to remove Umi from the field with it, you'll have some problems. You will rely on Donpa, Dyna and Treacherous Trap Hole. |
♦ Serpentine3: Sangan: used to search for Beat or Donpa, depending on the situation (Beat with few Fur Hires in Hand, Donpa for Destruction) Chaos Hunter: used to prevent banishment from Amazoness, Sea Stealth Attack, U.A., Destiny Hero, or Spellbook Blade, Beat Fur Hire: used to search any Fur Hire (generally, Donpa, Dyna, or Wiz) Wiz, Sage Fur Hire: used to negate a spell/trap once per turn (like spellbook of fate or mask change) or be a wall (in mirror matches) Dyna, Hero Fur Hire: used as a beatstick, but also to banish cards which may be vital or return to the field the next turn (like Sacred Phoenix Nephthys) Seal, Strategist Fur Hire: used to add destroyed Fur Hires back to the hand Donpa, Marksman Fur Hire: used to destroy key cards like Vampire Domain or Amazoness Onslaught Galaxy Cyclone: used to destroy a face-down card (preferably before summoning monsters) and then field spells or continuous traps. Forbidden Chalice: used to negate effects or destruction monsters (like Snipe Hunter) Mayhem Fur Hire: Special Summon any Fur Hire back to the field (e.g. Dyna or Wiz) Treacherous Trap Hole: Destroy two monsters on the field (you can destroy your own fur hire along with the monster they summon and use Mayhem to return it to the field) Wall of Disruption: Used when opponent has swarmed the field or has few cards left to play. Skill: used to get over monsters or force your opponent to make plays (like sangan v vision hero vyon or seal, strategist fur hire against any destiny hero) as well as inflict extra damage to prevent Cosmic Cyclone (although this card is not as threatening). The key to using this deck is patience. When you summon a monster or attack, notice the timer and whether your opponent can play a card. They may be waiting to TTH you, so make sure you have Mayhem Fur Hire handy to get around it. If someone WoDs you and their monster zones are empty, attack again to see if they can still play cards that appear when you attack, if yes, it's probably time to summon Wiz, Fur Hire (generally keep this card in Def Mode ALL THE TIME). Also, don't be afraid to suicide your monster into a bigger one in order to make space on your board (like if you want to use Dyna's effect from the hand or Mayhem Fur Hire to trigger Donpa/Recon's effect) If you have only one fur hire, you can still normal summon to force the opponent to use floodgate / canadia when they don't actually need to, don't think setting a monster is always the best option. Although I only saw them once, watch out for Spellbooks. Unless you go 1st, there will be the problem that they can banish your Fur Hire if you didn't get Chaos Hunter in your starting hand. One combo one could do with the current meta is search Donpa to destroy yubel terror incarnate, then (assuming you can get Dyna) use donpa to destroy terror and banish it so that if sacred phoenix is returned to the game, the field spell Fire King Island nullifies the monster lockdown of the combo. You could also banish Sacred Phoenix itself so it doesn't return to the board (only when Fire King Island is gone). Against U.A., if you have treacherous trap hole and the opponent doesn't summon Midfielder, wait and see if they play Revival Rebounder, since you can destroy the extra U.A. monster they summon for free. |

乃尺卂ᐯ丂 | Balance | Sept 14 |
♦ 乃尺卂ᐯ丂: This decks purpose is to send your cards to the graveyard using TGLGreener because all essential activity will be on your graveyard. Main goal is to send gem-knights as much as you can using fusion or TGLG and set up Triamid Pulse or Type Zero Magic Crusher for damage,it can be tricky because if you can send at least 8 Gem Knights in your graveyard you can deal a total of 4000 damage using Magic crusher + Gem-Knights fusion card in graveyard with its effect in addition to your GK Lapis Lazuli's effect. |

Actnshj200 | LP Boost α | Sept 11 |
♦ Actnshj200: 3 Centipede is just to good and is necessary for this KOG deck it combos well with double cyclone, Hopper, and it allows you to add more than once per turn which is an easy oversight. Kuribohs for stall or help keep monsters on the field good against masked heroes, and Fur hires. You can buff up your monsters to get over wiz, dyna and anki. The 1x cyclone and 3x double cyclone helps against backrow(mainly, Canadia, treacherous, and floodgate. 2 shot otk. DOn't have to worry about mirror matches. Insanely good Recycle with inzektkalibur. |

Makrov Krauz | Draw Sense: Wind | Sept 24 |
♦ Makrov Krauz: (This deck is all about perfect timing, reading your opponent backraw, once you make ur move there's no going back! ) After many changes I found this build to be the least bricky while remaining fast, aggressive and reasonably defensive, the combo is to use draw sense wind (unexpected + easy activation requirement) to draw maximus - trundae first if available - summon urnight - reveal the iron core - summon either ice(the aggressive option) or prototype (the defensive option), banish the core to summon maximus. - winrate : (7-8/10 in legend) - KOG under 60 wins, no disconnection win. -Matchups: 1.Yuebl deck is the easiest matchup (thanx to ice and drowning, test for kuriboh before you OTK!). 2.Amazoness is auto win with hey (kill queen with ice - destroy onslaught with maximus). 3. Furhire is a coin flip match (nuke the field with ice). 4. burn/ stall are auto win. 5. heros require perfect timing (kuriboh and drowning are clutch). 6. vampire is a very hard match up ( don't let them steal life points). 7. Spellbooks is easy if u draw hey (this deck always loses to silent magician). 8. Ultra athlete is easy unless you brick (ice can clear the field). small notes: replace regular kuribohs with sphere kuribohs , add a 3rd drowning, you can replace boulder (useless agianst amazoness and spellbooks), you can add a 3rd trunade, destiny draw skill is very good but ur opponent can easily play around it. |

♦ Yami Leon: Objective: Draw the basics cards for the OTK. Hey, Trunade! is essential, and Chalice help a lot. |
♦ TheHammer: I used 2 decks to reach KOG on September 8 1st: Masked HERO 2nd: Fur Hire This deck is very agressive!!!I have no traps to.slow it down and grit helps you survive at least a turn so y can easily just skip your first turn if y want!the goal is to use the drawing power of.the deck to get the cards for a quick OTK because most of my opponents thought that I gave up the match when I skipped my turns!!!Aside from that the cards are standard!!y can win pretty fast but y can also lose fast but it's worth it!!! |

Mert1337 | Mythic Depths | Sept 30 |

LordEndGame | Mark of the dragon - Head | Sept 26 |
BarokahMan2 | Restart | Sept 28 |
♦ Deep Beast: I don't think who there is so much to say about this deck, but I believe who Mind Scan of Pegasus is the best skill for this deck because with that skill you'll know when and where use the Spellbook of Fate. |
♦ Luxun: Lyla is a great tech in most matches, but only play her if you have silent magician in your hand. Most players will activate canadia or floodate on her, and even if they do not, you get to destroy a spell or trap, somehow protecting silent magician and possibly shutting down tth. Cosmic cyclone is great with cyber style, which actually gives you some monsters to attack with, since that's something this deck lacks. |
