Under the current meta? It will be R, or SR at best.

Your best chance of using this card's effect to the fullest, would be if your opponent decided to attack this face-down card first instead of a face-up Warrior you control.

So yeah, it most likely will be an R. Its full effect relies on you controlling a Warrior AND relies on opponent's action.

The first effect is the strongest because it's the same as skipping your opponent's next draw phase, the second is just a plus.
It's difficult to trigger a flip effect in the current meta but if you do it you gain a good advantage.
