Sometimes I'm unable to pendulum summon him from the extra deck even though my scale is from 2 - 8, anyone know why?

Did you choose another Pendulum from the Extra Deck first?

Remember, you can only Pendulum Summon 1 Pendulum monster from the Extra Deck per turn.

So if let's say you have Timegazer Magician and OEPD in your extra deck, if you already choose Timegazer Magician, you can't also choose OEPD. If you choose OEPD first, you can't also choose Timegazer Magician.

Sorry for the super late response, forgot I made this post haha. No other pendulum in my extra deck so that wasn't it. In fact, sometimes I'm only able to summon from extra deck when I have monsters in my hand and vice versa, so that's another problem. Anyway, thanks for reply

Some pendulum effects prevent you from summoning cards outside of their archetype. And some do change their scale. Maybe that's the issue here

You can only summon from extra deck into the extra monster zone, so your extra monster zone is occupied. You will be unable to pendulum summon from your extra deck.

I want to level up the world in Arc 0v - however in order to do that I have to defeat an appontent with an Odd-eyes Pendulum Dragon in which I dont have and in order to get it I have to buy packs - the problem is it's HARD to get it. Is there another way?

Yuya has a skill that adds one Odd-eyes Pendulum Dragon to your deck.

When you have to use someone's ace monster, that person always has a skill that lets you add that card to the (extra) deck

WHat Evil Hero needs is a real skill.
Like Ultimate EVIL or something.

This card will again be at the butt of the box (175th to 180th).

We've seen KoMOney do this many times while giving the players Blizzard first and the crab SR.

If the players don't buy boxes, the Komoney may give out the ace card for free.
Anyway, yearly there is a Dream UR so get the ace card there. You need to wait a year after the box though.

To be fair, the 5D's, ZeXal and Arc-V signature cards are much stronger than the Duel Monster or GX signature cards.
