This thing is so dope. It’s a silly small pink turtle on a temple treated like a God. I love it so much. What else other than D-Cubed and Mystical Shine Ball can I use it on? I need whatever excuse I can to use it.

Mausoleum of the emperor, it helps a lot to summon it. You could also run the fire fist engine (it works well with hazy flames but I'm not sure if it's good for this pink guy): You play fire formation tensu, then you normal summon a beast warrior monster, then you tribute it for this.

Those are very nice methods to summon him (in addition to Legendary Ocean). Now I'm also looking for decks I can use his effect to cuck, like CPU Mai who special summons that goddamn Amazoness Tiger from the field spell but its original attack is less than 1800, so a little pink turtle prevents the big bad tiger from entering. And SSA if they use Hammer Shark to summon Fishborg.
