You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 2 monsters with 2000 or more ATK. During either player's Battle Step, when this card battles an opponent's monster: You can target the monster this card is battling; banish both the opponent's monster and this card. At the end of the Battle Phase, return any monsters banished by this effect to the field, and if the other monster was an Xyz Monster, this card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Material it had when it was banished.

it has battle protection though

so saying it has absolutely no protection is wrong, since it can save itself from destruction in battle by banishing itself and the enemy, which in turn also negated the attack

Every single deck in the meta is running at least 3 outs to this, most several more because of toolbox

This card’s banish effect is kind of trolly. It can activate its banish effect multiple times during the battle step. That means even if it’s negated, it can keep on activating it again until your opponent runs out of negates. They had to patch the game so GEFD couldn’t endlessly stall your opponent for time when it loops negation with Fiendish Chain.

Thought this was a glitch lol. My opponent tried negating my GEPD with their lunalight’s graveyard effect, but I kept on reacting until he ran out of negates. He raged quit right after.

How do I beat this when it ruins zubaba general, p much my only counter to strong monsters in my yuma deck?

You need to use the damage step trick: there are cards that increase your monsters’ attack during that window when his effect can’t be activated. Here’s a screenshot for an example. Surprise him with a buff to your monster that takes his card down.

Does anyone know why the Ai refuses to summon this? It doesn't summon galaxion, doesn't use its effect to summon itself or even tribute summon it. It would rather lose than summon this card

And just now, it tributed galaxy eyes and galaxion to summon galaxy eyes
