How is this even a SR? It has no stats, it can be special summoned only if you have no Magic or Trap cards (which is not a good thing most of the times) and it inflicts you 1000 damage next turn. Of course you can find synergies with other cards, but this is barely a R.

The drawbacks doesn't matter if that synergy win games. In fact......TCG JUST TODAY BANNED THIS CARD LMAO

Heck the FTK that caused this card to be banned, ignore the drawback altogether.

You don't need any spell/trap staying on the field for the FTK, and this card never reached your next standby phase since there is no next turn.

The FTK practically ensure we'll never gonna get Knightmare Cerberus in DL, if DL lives long enough to get VRAINS world.

Unless they banned Samsara Lotus in DL as well by then.

We are ensured to get Topologic Bomber Dragon and Trickstar Catbat since they belong to the rival and the main female duelist of the VRAINS series.

So Knightmare Cerberus (which is not from anime) is the only one they can kick out.

Lotus Burn Loop FTK

Basically you co-linked Topologic Bomber Dragon on the right side Extra Monster Zone, with Knightmare Cerberus below it, and co-linked Cerberus with Trickstar Catbat to the left of it.

You then revive Samsara Lotus to the zone pointed by Catbat, causing TBD's effect to activate, destroying all monsters in the Main Monster Zone.

But due to Knightmare Cerberus's effect, only Lotus is destroyed. Lotus being destroyed triggered Catbat's effect, giving 200 damage to your opponent.

Lotus then can be immediately revived again, which triggered TBD's effect again, which then triggered Catbat's effect again.

Keep doing that until your opponent's LP is 0.

The only reason it exists in the first place is for Yubel's effect. (Terror Incarnate's in the anime.) Obviously for most other purposes it's vastly inferior to Treeborn Frog.
