You can summon it with Shark Drake the same way you can summon Utopia Ray with Utopia

Impossible to summoned at duel links cause we only have 3 monster zones and this card needs 4 monsters

Which means the only way to summon this card is using the numbers 32 as material

Well, we can summon this card normally if we get Extra Monster Zone.......

But who the heck wants to summon a Chaos Number the normal way? It's dumb to do that, since most Chaos Numbers have an effect that requires the base Number attached as material.

Well, Veiss doesn't have such effect, but.....Veiss is also one of the Chaos Numbers that will get powercrept easily by the ones you'll want to summon via Rank-Up-Magic cards instead.

You're aware that there is an alternative summoning condition built in the deck right. Hunders, 6 sams tellarknight Gagaga are just a few example of deck that can summon this turn 1 although it's not worth it to summon.

Ironically the base Shark Drake has a less situational (and therefore better) effect

But Veiss might shine on DL because of the 4000 LP format.

Cosmic Cyclone and the gang exist.

1000 or less LP is very dangerously on the edge though....
