Sometimes it means they just haven't updated the page in forever. (This is one of those times, incidentally. It's a Yami Marik level reward, and we got additional copies from a bingo event.)

You can check how to obtain a card in Duel Links itself, by the way, in the Card Catalog. If a card isn't listed THERE, it isn't obtainable.

As said, you can special summon Rare Metal Dragon with this card. Wish you could get three copies of it :/

It is a great card cause it's like double summon but summonation is occourring in opponent turn.. Since, trap counter will not counter this card this card is good addition in most of decks...
