A comment from Currahee:
Currently, Metaphys is the best deck in Duel Links.
Almost all decks are built on special summon, and since Daedalus doesn't target, it doesn't count any equip spell card (Power of Guardian, Red-eyes ...). And that's why I use Drowning Mirror Force. It works better than Treacherous Trap Hole because there are so many Red-eyes, Brave Neos, Koa'ki...
Skill is Grit, this gives the most helpful for this deck. And as I wrote earlier, if I survive the second turn of the opponent, it's almost certain to win.
The real MVP is soul release. Helps my monsters in the graveyard and bring them back into play; besides, there is a real Sealed Tombs. Prevents any possible further action from the opponent. Neos Fusion, Diamond Core cannot protect; Blue-Eyes, Red-Eyes monster can't get back into the hands or the field, Warriors for Red-Eyes and Buster Blader's Fusion Cards or Subterror monsters say goodbye!
And with Metaphys Dimension can you make clear the field. The stall or burn decks are no opponents.

Dante | Grit | June 19 |
A comment from Dante:
Notes- Pretty standard build. Had trouble from leg 2, until I dropped Asymmetaphys to 2 and upped Dimension to 2. I was able to pull the control game a lot easier and wasn't worried if my opponent got rid of my first Dimension. The deck is slow and controlled, so grit is a must to prevent the OTK's.
Tried some techs like assailant and Drowning Mirror Force, but it took away from the consistency of the deck. The deck is capable of beating any deck, but it is very easy to display and make the wrong move.
Six Sams: I had the hardest time with this deck. Either get lucky with two Asym's or draw into a Lupine. Lupine is your best draw and isn't a reach to draw into.
AG and BEWD: If you can survive the OTK and are able to summon Daed the turn after they go for the OTK, they generally have used up all of their resources, and won't be able to recover so you can slowly chip away for

Yami Davis | Restart | June 29 |
A comment from Yami Davis:
First: use the character Bonz with the Restart skill to mislead the Meta of characters and as for the skill use it so that there were moments of the beginning of the game in which the Metaphys come out in the first hand and if you get Dimensional Alchemist or Aloof Lupine can defend you by the restriction of Restart, in addition to the trap Drowning Mirror Force that helps a lot.
Second: I mainly rely on the Metaphys monsters, so I used the Aloof Lupine and the Dimensional Alchemist because it removes a letter from the top of the deck and since they are more monsters than spell / trap this deck helps a lot to activate the effects of the Metaphys even if you already have the trap or spell Metaphys in the field, so you have to see what you should use. Dimensional Alchemist has another advantage: if it is sent from the field to the cementery you can bring a monster removed to your hand that helps you a lot in case a Metaphys gets stuck.

Ryan | Neo Space! | June 28 |
A comment from Ryan:
I run a water neos deck. It utilizes the synergy between aqua neos and abyss soldier with cards like sinister serpent and the atlantean engine. Neos fusion makes a great foolish burial substitute, allowing even brave neos to join in the fun easily getting sinister serpent in the graveyard early in the duel. Aqua neos provides a lot of nice hand disruption, often messing up your opponents combos and more importantly letting you see what deck you're facing turn 1.
Best opening hand is starting with a neos fusion to get aqua neos especially if you already have sinister serpent in your hand. 2nd best opening move is fetching Brave neos and then dumping sinister serpent in the grave. Going 2nd turn your best move is usually going for a OTK with abyss soldier and a neos fusion, providing they don't have a huge backrow. Abyss Soldier + a neos fusion will lead to many OTK moves, especially when combined with an atlantean discard as you can bounce a card on the field and destroy a card on the field for an easy +1.
Ideally with aqua neos you would want to interweave your sinister serpent discards to get the most mileage out of it. So for example discard sinister serpent turn 1, an atlantean turn 2, and serpent turn 3 and so on. 2 turns in a row will get him banished sadly thanks to his errata. Sometimes its worth it though. I chose jaden for his neospace skill to keep aqua neos on the field more and to power up our fusion monsters.
If you face a lot of mirror matches against other neos decks consider switching to mako for umi/ssa or Bastion for silent as water skill. World legacy clash is my ssa substitute as its vital to keep my abyss soldiers safe. Abyss Soldier is a very strong anti meta card as he can easily counter most threats as long as you have a water monster to discard. He's great vs shien in 6 samurai, he also counters blue eyes, subterrors, ancient gear and even red eyes.
Now red eyes with an equip spell is more problematic but an abyss soldier + atlantean heavy infantry will kill it (although you will lose your abyss soldier too) If facing a lot of subterrors consider swapping in a few more atlantean marksman cards. Lava golem and weevil burn can always be semi problematic, but an early mobius tribute greatly helps in clearing their backrow and aqua neos can often snag a lava golem or sphere koribuh from their hand.
Variants: Ideally you'd want to run gale lizard instead of aqua snowman as lizard gets by more monsters with built in protection and can also hit face downs. I just don't have one yet. You could also run treeborn frog. For a little draw power consider guard dragon justicia and cards of consonance or add another aqua dolphin or two and a convert contract. You can get rid of the snowmans altogether and double up on the atlantean engine, or consider a mermail or two. You could maybe fit in a genex undine and genex controller for some syncro action and it also synergizes well with atlanteans in the deck or an easy foolish burial substitute for serpent.
Finally if you go the mako route you can substitute out mobius for whale and add in ssa. That's the great thing about water decks there are so versatile and flexible and adding neos to their arsenal gives you some much needed special summoned boss monsters as well as some great deck thinning and ramp up potential.

I use this deck form legend1 to KOG. This deck can’t dirty hand because this deck have a light and dark skill that control your hand with 4star light and dark if silent sword man you destroyed you can summon lv.7 so you have a board with high ATK and can negate spell anything.

BANISH then BACK TO THE HAND, synergy combo wombo, also always bait enemy with facedown spell/trap even if you only have six sam draw or dojo spell. and remember first rule of current meta, dont attack facedown monster if enemy's character is has beatdown or sealtomb.

Standard build. The only tech is the Herald of the abyss to get rid of neos because I faced so many that only ss him so that we can't use dual wield that I found this card great to use.

Heartfilia | Light and Dark | June 3 |
A comment from Heartfilia:
It happened again, 15 win streaks in a row using SpellBook with the skill Light and Dark this is the best skill for Spellbook after Mind Scan. I run 2 magical something it helps me a lot because you can take your fate again from GY. and I was lucky just meet six sam 2 times, first I got the first turn and Silent magician in my hand, so I summon it and when they activated dojo I negated, and they can't summon Shi-En. then they surrendered. and the second match meet six sam with the brick hand they just summon 1 monster, 1 set back row (maybe it's dual wield) I banish the face up six sam and they surrendered.
the easiest matchup is blue eyes because most of them just set one egg or summon snipe hunter. The second is subterror banish if they summon flip monster before they active their effect, if you late they can summon any big monster.
Another tip if you got the second turn just wait until they summon behemoth umastryx from GY with effect nemesis warrior, then banish. most of their backrow is useless when they don't have a monster.

A comment from UX•Zanuxaf:
New skill makes this deck very consistent! You don't need UR from the old box like Kycoo or Magical Something, use any Lvl 4 Dark Spellcaster (1 Breaker still recommended though). Always banish set monster when you think you play against BEWD deck, be careful if your opponent destroys your silent magician and let you summon silent magician lvl.8 he/she usually has sphere kuriboh on their hand. Forbidden Chalice is good for Subterror matchup. The rest is typical spellbook deck.

A comment from OstrichChild:
I get Princezzin out for chip damage and Lava Golem for burn. If I summon Glife then I get to destroy a backrow. Golden Castle is VERY consistent and I can even synchro using Psychic Wheeleder to get Gaia by using P.W. and Pumpkin Carriage. This deck is very underrated and is overall a very consistent, top tier deck. It is hard to master stromberg however, so play wisely.
