Can anyone give me some ideas of what to use this card with? Now that the level manipulation skills have been nerfed, it seems a lot harder to make use of this card.

You could make a tribute summon meme deck with a bunch of good stand-alone like Curse of Anubis and the god cards, 2 tree born frog and 3 cosmic cyclone or something to trigger the skill.

Otherwise rank 2 plays are suck in DL.

You can Special Summon nearly anything that doesn't have any Special Summon restriction, provided you also run stuff that can change her Level to match the thing you want to Special Summon.

Hence why she's UR.

This card can special summon any monster that can be special summoned from the hand without specific requirement even Obelisk lol.

U need cosmic to combine her for high rank xyz. Otherwise toolbox card for synchro, link and xyz mostly rank 2. Tech her with marauding captain, red resonator, hero kid, Junk Anchor, forward and servant.
