Skill Details

Your starting hand will reflect the card balance of your deck. This Skill will not activate unless you have at least 6 of each type of card (Monster, Spell, and Trap) in your Deck. You cannot Special Summon or activate monster effects until the end of the Main Phase of your first turn.

Lmfao. I used this skill all the time to have some kind of decent starting hand to counter the games lazy af shuffle mechanic, but now its just worthless

The "new" balance is absolutely worthless of an ability.
From one of the best to useless.
I can get random draws without wasting my ability like that too.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Maybe adding one or two monsters is enough... But you won't have always 1 monster + 3 spell/trap.

Spell / Trap have always been the same for this skill.

Play 1 cerberus and 19 spells using this new balance skill, starting hand 4 spells no cerberus and next 2 draws also.
This is not balance 🔥ing konami. You're idiot or what, 🔥ing chance the name if it's not balance.

With one monster in a 20 card deck, even with balance, it's difficult to have it in your starting hand. You should have 5 monsters (1/4 of your deck) to be almost certain to have 1 in your starting hand. Use Draw - Low level instead.

I don't remember a time given just the date, seems entirely possible that it hasn't been changed yet. Best way to check is to see if creator changed, and apologies if that was already done.

I understand why it has a restriction (in the beta Balance was the same without the restriction, meaning people ran it with a deck with 1 or 2 Monsters or Spells/Traps), but exactly 10 for both is way too restrictive, they should really allow a minimum of 8 or so
