Skill Details

Your starting hand will reflect the card balance of your deck. This Skill will not activate unless you have at least 6 of each type of card (Monster, Spell, and Trap) in your Deck. You cannot Special Summon or activate monster effects until the end of the Main Phase of your first turn.

Balance will be nerfed after ranking is out, that will be the end of an era for decks that abuse this.

I don't know if balance is balanced or unbalanced, all i know is balance will reflect balanced amount of cards which is balanced enough like balance name suggest, yet people complain how unbalanced balance is while there are more unbalanced things aside from balance, also i love balance, because we must have balance in every aspect of our balanced life.

If not mistaken a few BEWD deck also uses balance.

Also, although not tiered, most (if not all) Triamid deck uses balance too. And they performed exceptionally good in the last KC despite being quite old.

Triamid is a deck that get the most consistency from balance, even NK still brick with balance sometimes.

What do you mean that a lot of people don't use it? Balance is the No.1 skill in the popularity ranking. I am betting that a massive nerf will come on this month end after KC. Dec banlist they nerfed all the broken decks - Invoked, DM, Shiranui, Crystron, Karakuri.. I am happy that they are finally serious with the banlist.

Thunder Dragons are annoying af and don't use balance either. The most used ranking doesn't always mean anything since it usually makes up a good chunk of lower rank play in ranked and KC. Noble Knights are overrated and had to have a bunch of decks nerfed to hell and back just to be good. If anything it will just get the "hey trunade hit".

Not really that much. I only saw one tournament deck listed as using it. It's still almost all blue-eyes skills. Idk why anyone would use it with Balance since it's already consistent enough. To make the skill work with it, your deck has to be gigantic, too. So, it's actually worse imo. I prefer Master of Fusion for my blue-eyes.
