Something is wrong with this cards, when my monster get `Target`this card never get like active is always facedown doin nothin.

Same here. When I activate Inspiration the Dramatic Rescue able to activate. The next game doing the same thing it won't activate Dramatic Rescue. WTF?? This card is great OTK set up. Alot of us should report to Konami about this bug.

Tried to force activation by activating targeting cards and can never activate dramatic rescue... Let me know what cards target and trigger... Because in the real game..equip cards and cards that specifically say target...

I use Axe, Pendant, Riryoku, and Amazon Shaman Spell. They can all be used for the dramatic rescue setup. Pendant is best because it means getting a rescue will also inflict 500 damage.
