Is there a way to turn monsters into your opponent GY into dragons (just like you have zombie world for zombies)? Sadly DNA does not effect the GY.

There is some effects by monster cards that affects in the graveyards and changes its type, But as far I know there is only, Fiend, Insect, and Zonbie... But I've no idea with Dragon

Depends on the situation if you popped some blue eyes in the opponents grave she can be of some use, otherwise meh.

Yup, you can also grab their White Stones for some synchro plays. But yeah, that will only help opponents to trigger their White Stone's effect.
