No. After the banlist gets in effect this card + noble knights will dissapear from the ladder

How can i get a second or third merlin, only option hes only available in structure deck does and i cant afford money to buy a second and third deck is there another way?

None of these cards has any real value. You're not allowed to sell your account and you cannot trade cards. So all cards are worthless.

But I don't know why I actually argue with a troll.

In that case go use your UR dream ticket on Axe Raider or on Enemy Controller to prove your point.

No problem. Set yourself up and account in the Google Rewards app. In a couple of months you earn enough free money to get more structure decks, specially if you purchase them during a discount week.
