1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters Once per turn: You can banish 1 Tuner from your hand, field, or Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If this Synchro Summoned card is destroyed by card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 of your banished Tuners; add it to your hand.
Banishing a Tuner every time you use removal can be costly.
Can only retrieve banished Tuner if destroyed by a card effect.
Tips
It is generally better to banish a Tuner in your graveyard as cost instead of your field or hand.
Blue-Eyes
Blue-Eyes Decks already have their own Synchro monster in the form of Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon, showing they have the ability to summon level-9 Synchro monsters. This card can provide the deck with an alternative level-9 Synchro monster. And because of the amount of Tuners that support Blue-Eyes decks you have no problem with the removal effect’s cost.
You can make Red Rising Dragon and use his effect to revive a level-3 Resonator monster. You cannot Make Vermillion Dragon Mech the turn you summon Red Rising Dragon so you will need to make both monsters survive till your next turn to make him. For this Dark Resonator has better survivability among Resonator monsters.
