Monster Zone Lock

Ojama Knight

You can possibly lock your opponent's monster zone if he/she has no tribute monsters. Use Floodgate Trap Hole when your opponent Summons a Monster. Then disable the 2 remaining zones by using Ojama Knight's effect. You can then wait to get the cards that you needed or burn your opponent.

Rulings

The text "monster(s)" on Floodgate Trap Hole means that it can affect multiple cards. See these screenshots below for example.

The opponent used The Flute of Summoning Dragon to Special Summon 2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon on the field. Then the Floodgate Trap Hole prompt pops up.

Floodgate Trap Hole is Activated.

Both of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon has been switched to face-down defense position.

HERE'S HOW TO COUNTER FLOODGATE YOU CHAIN YOUR TRAP OR SPELLS TO A MONSTER YOUR SUMMONING IN GRAVE SAY A RED EYES SPIRIT, you could chain 2 facedown cards that are chain able at the same time with toggle on an then since its on a chain they cant activate it in response

Mystic Box will 🔥 you up.
You floodgate someone's monster, they activate mystic box, you lose a good monster, and you get a dead monster zone.

idk what the others are saying, but it's so easy to get 3 copies as f2p? just max all your LDs, it's enough!

If you juse more than 1 or max 2 in your deck then you're a certified degenerate who abuses broken cards, period. If you really think this card is not OP then might as well consider ending it now.

This is the worst card in the pack. Now this is something that actually deserves a 3 or a 4 out of 10, since basically I'm bronze rank 3 player who whines at people for making simple mistakes. Poor souls the ones that get this crap.
