Same problem here.Game told me that he appears but he simply isn't there.
Yes I'm in Gx World and no he ain't hiding behind bushes... This isn't my first roaming event ;)

you have to keep dueling (dont know in GX or normal world) but after a while he appears and everytime he appears he gets is a higher level

Standard Dark Paladin farm is working fine for me. Same deck as for Jaden lvl 40 farm.

This is just random but does anyone else notice that GameA has been really behind posting links like this on the home page where the list of daily updates would be? They seem to be getting pretty lazy
