Game said Chazz appeared, nowhere found(DM and GX). Did a few battles - just saying he will appear. There must be something broken with his appearing...

If you are in GX and that message appears. You might have to change it to DM and then back again.

Same problem here.Game told me that he appears but he simply isn't there.
Yes I'm in Gx World and no he ain't hiding behind bushes... This isn't my first roaming event ;)

you have to keep dueling (dont know in GX or normal world) but after a while he appears and everytime he appears he gets is a higher level
