Unable to negate any Spell/Trap/Monster effects outside the Damage Step.

Super Rush Headlong

Sylvan Komushroomo

Super Rush Headlong can be countered if your opponent activates it during the Damage Step. Flip effects like Sylvan Komushroomo are negated as the effect activates during the Damage Step.

Notes :

Although the costless negation is rather attractive, this card is not as versatile as the mainstream negation cards like Ultimate Providence as it can negate more Spell/Trap/Monster effects at any Phase, with a cost.

Ohh, yes, its true! And only an N card.
It can counter everything without cost.
Ok, just in the Battle step, but most of time the opponent activate his WoD, WoE, SRH, etc in this step. So nice!

it can only counter during the damage step, not during battle step. so no WoD or SRH. during the damage step only atk changing effects can be used. mirror wall or half shut would be examples.

this card can counter flip, but yes you need that 1st turn to set

This will work on Mirror Wall, though, unless they decide to activate it before the damage step for some reason.
