Easy summon

This card is a great beater once successfully summoned, by using Soul Rope you can easily summon Rare Metal Dragon, alternatively Familiar Knight can also be useful to special summon this card. Dragon's Rebirth is a great addition to any Dragon type deck as it can special summon any Dragon from graveyard or hand.

🔥ed card. just have a 🔥ing blue eyes. more viable as well. jesus h. christ. who the 🔥 thought of this card? Must've been some piss poor drunk looking at a 🔥ing rhyhorn in pokemon city and thought it would be a great installment to the yu-gi-oh world by adding some spikes to make it look cool and 🔥. Yet, somehow it's a level 4 that can ONLY be SPECIAL SUMMONED. wtf's next? Rare Steel Rhydonic Dragon? Lvl 7: 2600 atk, 2500 def ? ffs, konami. set then damn bastard that thought of this card, plz.

Also Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon is just a 2400 beater without zombie word. And it is still top tier without zombie world too.

That condition only prevents activated effects anyway, so even if it WAS an effect, it would still not do anything.

Yep. The "no monster effect activation" challenge will not make you able to Normal Summon this thing.

This card is pretty fun tbh, it feels good discarding it to use Tribute of the Doomed or Rainbow life, then summoning him with Powerful Rebirth, cheap 2500 beater

Master

Use with Two man cell battle. Once per turn each player can special summon one level 4 monster.

there might be some spell or monster card that can be used to specifically summon a lvl 4 dragon type. Even though it has no use right now, there might be some support in later packs

Relieve Monster (lvl 10 Marik reward) + this card could do some work. It only needs a monster in the field for Relieve Monster card to work.
