Many people focus on the negation Quick effect on a 4500 ATK body, but neglecting the part where he goes into his 1000 DEF if he negates a card's effect lol

Not to mention you had to send card to GY from hand ( a condition to even active it), and the negated card didn't get destroyed. Definitely need a lot of set up
