It's actually quite simple. Econ is safe game. Doesn't require a monster to defend you, can make opponents monsters vulnerable and you can take control of a monster with a tribute. On The other hand. SRH is a high risk high reward card. Better in the right situation and bigger effect on the board, but gets screwed over by econ and otc. Overall it depends on the deck that uses the card.

:O it has potential to be an UR from a 200 card pack, but we have it on sr 80 pack! good thing for f2p, they could have done it the other way, glad they dont, this is a game changing card, better than mirrorwall at this moment

like other quick spell, u cant activate this card in damage step. but u can activate this card when u declare an attack

To those wondering, yes this kills the opponent's monster and not yours since it's at the start of the damage step and before damage calculation.

Since it is at the start of damage step, it sounds like it would destroy the opposing monster with no damage taken and no loss of the attacker.

I think so, at the start of damage step means before damage calculations, another example are paladin of white dragon or sasuke samurai, they destroy face down and not taking damage at all.
