Not sure about that. First off, econ is f2p. Second, econ has 2 very good effects. If you use this card while attacking, econ can be chained and prevent the monster to attack. Still, it's a really good card when you get attacked, might substitute mirror wall in some scenarios.
It's actually quite simple. Econ is safe game. Doesn't require a monster to defend you, can make opponents monsters vulnerable and you can take control of a monster with a tribute. On The other hand. SRH is a high risk high reward card. Better in the right situation and bigger effect on the board, but gets screwed over by econ and otc. Overall it depends on the deck that uses the card.
