This was supposed to be the first Omni-HERO Fusion.

But Konami's lack of communication with the manga creator, results in Nova Master having to be created, not to mention that it turns out this card is supposed to have a Spell-retrieving effect, said effect is only used in the manga AFTER this card goes into printing in real life.
