How to Get

Skill Details

The Level of all WATER monsters you control becomes 4 until the end of the turn. This Skill can only be used once per turn and twice per Duel. This Skill can only be used if you beign the Duel with a Deck/Extra Deck that contains no monsters other than WATER monsters.

This skill is pretty stupid because low level monsters have great swarming potential and with this skill you can turn them into rank 4 xyz with ease. So basically you could build a deck which doesn't work at all entirely centered around this skill, I see why they say it's worse than onomatoplay because at least that deck can do its combos if you don't brick. At least and op skill like destiny draw doesn't denaturalize the game you are playing and it only gives you the card you want when your LP drop low

Don't make that much noice I want my deck to keep a low profile to avoid bans
Months in the meta yet no one plays attention to it and that's how I like it

There's a typo in the skill detail. It says "beign" instead of "begin"

Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1000.

This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck/Extra Deck that contains no monsters other than WATER monsters. Your Extra Deck must contain only XYZ monsters.

I disagree with that nerf idea. While I believe that "Territory of the Sharks" is good as it is right now, a better idea would be to restrict the extra deck to just Xyz Water Monsters.

Very worth it. The Xyz monsters it summons are really, really excellent, with future Xyzs coming and maybe also top level water synchros.

This skill is getting abuse a lot recently and the deck becomes really good because of it.
I'm not surprised if it would be nerfed soon, like what happened to Masked Tribute.

It may be restricted for Xyz summon.

Bug or no bug?

I cant activate No 32 effect. Not sure is it because of this skill or what.

Opp field : Fire King Avatar Yaksha & Cosmic cyclone
My GY : Shark Sticker

Sequence is like this.
Normal summon Double Fin Shark, revive Sticker, chain ss another Sticker from hand, use skill, Xyz into No 32.
No 32 atk and destroy Yaksha (Yaksha goes to grave), but no prompt to use No 32 effect.

Opp turn : set Yaksha.

Next turn, I draw Mermaid Shark & normal summon it, search Silent Angler and ss, use skill, Xyz into No 37. No 32 atk set Yaksha, but now can use his effect.

I'm not sure but maybe you have missed the timing, assuming that Yaksha activated its effect the first time but not the second time.

I just found out last night after several tries.
It was not about the timing nor a bug.
It was Double Fin Shark.

"You cannot Special Summon any monsters during the turn you activate this effect, except WATER monsters."

Apparently this text affects No 32's effect.
Seems the controller of No 32 is the player who ss the destroyed monster from grave.

So if the destroyed monster is anything but water attribute, we wont be able to use No 32's effect on the same turn we use Double Fin Shark's effect.

Should be edited to allow Black Ray Lancer to be in your Extra Deck.

Its really good.. You can never have a dead hand. Honestly the most consistent deck ive played so far.

A very good skill for xyz summon. It can even be used twice in a duel.

A skill like this should be available for all attributes.....of course with the restriction of only using that attribute

There may be other attributes too, relevant to certain characters. For example Axel Brodie with FIRE.
