Upcoming nerf? Agree? Can be used each time your Life Points decrease by 1000. This Skill can only be used if you begin the Duel with a Deck/Extra Deck that contains no monsters other than WATER monsters. Your Extra Deck must contain only XYZ monsters.

What's the connection there? Shark never play Union or Machine or LIGHT monsters

At this point, with current meta, nerf is no longer required.

I disagree with that nerf idea. While I believe that "Territory of the Sharks" is good as it is right now, a better idea would be to restrict the extra deck to just Xyz Water Monsters.
