Why tf does it keep saying. “You missed the activation. The effect can’t be activated”??? I tried using rvon to 🔥 accelerator and take another monster, but it wouldn’t let me use the effect

The second effect uses "When" instead of "If".

That means Geargiaccelerator's second effect must be the last thing to happen during resolution. Otherwise it misses the timing.

In you case, Econ's monster taking effect resolves after Geargiaccelerator is sent to the Graveyard, meaning Geargiaccelerator being sent to the Graveyard is not the last thing to happen, therefore it misses the timing, as Geargiaccelerator's effect is supposed to activate, but it can't as you must resolve Econ's effect.
