This is one of the 'dud' cards in boxes. A prime example is archetype specific cards that does practically nothing: XYZ Gift, Maldolche Hootcake.

Before you get the effect, your opponent is already dead.

To be fair, Change of Heart effects are rare in Duel Links. This and Brain Control are the only ones that cost nothing to steal.

Tarotrei's usability is specific to its own deck.

This card on the other hand, is more generic.

Bruh, if only this monster was spellcaster, then it would be great as support for witchcrafter and discarding spell is not big problem for them.

This is an old tcg card. Not that the cards released in DL are brand new cards for the game, they are all reprints of old cards to sell at the price of new ones (and it works because people pay for it like water)

When it was released in the old TCG set "The Lost Millenium", it was made out of pure flavor. This and Ancient Gear Golem were supposedly the lost relics from the ancient civilization. They are both SR's in "The Lost Millenium".

Get your fact right. Ancient Gear Golem and Reshef were both UR cards. And both sacked hard when they came out. 0 play. At least ancient gears became better as the years passed. Reshed on the other hand... well... it was just forgoten...
