Looks like a double edged sword, if you summon any other monster (ex, the Tricky) you can OTK very fast

2400 on a lvl 4? And it's an R? As in, "really"?

ATK of lvl 4 monsters has grown way too far. 1700 ATK on a lvl 4 used to warrant it being a UR. Now 1700 is considered low.

What next? Lvl 4 OTK Blue Eyes?

1700 is still ok if the monster has a decent effect. And nobody plays the Level 4 Vanillas with 2k ATK unless they have normal monster supports and even this is a bad strategy.

And this card has a really bad effect, that's why it has one of the highest ATK stats of all Level 4 monsters.

It may have 2400 ATK, but 0 DEF and giving your opponent more card is never a good idea.
