The only way we'll ever going to be able to play this card, is most likely through a Skill with a heavy or complicated requirement.

Neos Fusion basically means we're never going to get this card in DL, unless they put both this card and Neos Fusion on limited 1 so you can't use both in the same deck

This monster is shown to be absolutely gigantic in the anime, in fact it's probably the biggest "Neos" Fusion monster that Judai ever summoned.
