Based on the description interpretation, 800 ATK for EACH monster they control, so if they control 3 monsters, 800 x 3 = 2400 ATK lost, meaning all their monsters can lose 2400 ATK permanently.

I don't think this only targets Red Eyes, literally all meta decks even CA decks, if the interpretation is true, that means Dakini can be reduced to a low ATK monster instantly.

Yeap confirmed in Konami website, it states that, the more monster your opponent has, the stronger this card's effect gets.

I knew it.. has similar vibes like FTH! Thought at first that FTH is garbage because I didn't knew the effect lasts indefinitely. So if u have three of this card and Floodgate, you will transcend as God! wow! Now, I don't have to consider getting Dark Jeroids as ticket rewards!
