Storm

Since it is a quick-play spell, you can activate it with Storm to be able to destroy a spell/trap card that your opponent owns.

Gravekeeper's Recruiter

#	Play
1	Tribute the Gravekeeper's Recruiter to activate one of the effects of Enemy Controller.
2	Now you take a control of a monster your opponent controls, and have a greavekeeper's monster to your hand from the deck for the Recruiter's effect.
3	Tribute the opponent's monster to summon Gravekeeper's Chief.
4	Special summon a Gravekeeper's monster from the graveyard for the Chief's effect.

Rulings

Soul Exchange can be used to tribute a monster your opponent controls to use the 2nd effect of Enemy Controller.

He/she didn't have any monster in the field and he/she activate enemy controller and stole my monster...

Well, I very commonly use soul exchange and econtake to summon chief, so your opponent may have done the same

i am pretty sure he/she didn't use soul exchange, and i only has 1 monster at the time

No need to farm Econ just get it from cumulate ranked as sr reward and Kc cup reward and you done

id rather face a dog🔥 player who just mindlessly threw in 3 econs, srh, kuriboh, and mw, than a red eyes player who essentially has more restrictive pot of greeds lol. i still have no idea why people think kuriboh is op. read its effect, how in the hell is that broken?

I will answer you.. The people who think kuriboh is op except used with relinquish when it has no counter, is the person who mindlessly beat-down with high attack low defense monster. So he blame it when it push them to weak side and interrupt their straightforward plan.. can I even call that 'plan'??

I dont think anyone should get this from this month ranked duel when you can get from farming kaiba. This month ranked duel have Gravity Blaster, you cant get it from anywhere else.
