All "Crystal Beast" monsters on the field and in the Graveyard become DARK. If "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" attacks, negate the effects of the attack target during that Battle Phase. During damage calculation, if a "Crystal Beast" monster you control battles and you would take damage: You can send 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; you take no Battle Damage from that battle.
Negates the effect of any monster Rainbow Dragon battles.
Cons
Effect negation during battle only works with Rainbow Dragon and Rainbow Dark Dragon.
Negating battle damage is good for stopping OTKs, but requiring the battle to involve your monster makes it much more inefficient.
Tips
Crystal Beast support does not really care about their attributes. What Advanced Dark does is give your Crystal Beasts access to Dark Support.
Summoning Cost
Advance Dark’s ability to mill Crystal Beasts to your graveyard and change them to DARK attributes lets you use those monsters as cost to summon some more powerful monsters. Summoning Chaos Dragon Levianeer this way lets you remove a card from your opponent’s hand.
Summoning The Dark Creator gives you a way to revive a Crystal Beasts every turn. Mill Sapphire Pegasus to the graveyard with Advanced Dark, then revive him with The Dark Creator to get a search.
Milling Crystal Beast lets you quicken the setup for Rainbow Dragon’s summoning, or quicken cards like Rainbow Gravity that lead to Rainbow Dragon’s summoning. Since they are treated as DARK monsters this also applies for Rainbow Dark Dragon’s Summoning. And if you get any of them on the field, you can use it to make Rainbow Overdragon.
