It's sad the only card that would make Felgrand a competitive deck, we will probably never see as a card or skill for years to come if at all.

I don’t understand how seto kaiba has this skill in the tag duel event but the actual skill itself doesn’t exist and is under construction??

Would work perfect with my blue-eyes deck

Maybe because that's a huge advantage. Your opponent starts with 4 cards and you start with 5, and that 5th card totally fits in your deck, so its mvp

Amusingly, Kaiba himself in the event runs a deck that doesn't fit this skill. He has no way to get his dragons into the Graveyard.

This skill doesn't give Kaiba +1 advantage.
The actual description is during 6th turn onwards (NPC Kaiba's turn), draw ROTDL from outside deck.

This card itself is good, but in term of whether the skill gives plus or not, it is literally the same with Blessings of the Cyber Angel & Miracle Fusion Time.

Yeah, he never play the card because there was never any Dragon in the Graveyard lmao
