There can be many combos with Nekroz like :

  • Brionac in the graveyard and Valkyrus in the hand for the stall(shuts Gouki consistently).
  • Brionac in the graveyard, Nekroz Cycle, and Shurit in the hand for the basic combo.
  • Shurit in the graveyard, Nekroz Mirror, and any Nekroz monster in the hand for basic or follow-up combo after Nekroz Cycle.
  • Nekroz Kaleidoscope and Brionac in the hand for the monster/backrow pop.
    etc.
  • The best hand main combo cards will be Nekroz Cycle, Nekroz Mirror, and Brionac in the hand.

For trishula yes, but they play cosmic only to trigger the skill. I prefer mst too myself, and ritual II skill

This deck literally can’t fit the rest of its good support. Is it really worth running all those searchers if your just going to play a 30 card deck?

Pure Nekroz recieved a buff with Oracle of Zefra and Zefrasaber. Yes Pendulums and Rituals are an akward combination but it provides infinite level 4-5 tribute fodder. Zefrasaber is a condensed ritual spell in monster form.

Personally I ( and some others I believe) play this deck not because it's "better" than standard water xyz, but because it's fun to play. Just like how I played the "weak" version of dragon link by playing most dragunity card.

Tribute summons don't make you chase those expensive extra deck staples so you can forget about it getting support anytime soon

Need clausolas badly and at least one or two of the bosses, from unicore, trishula and areadbhair. Not talking about thw extra deck fodser, manju, etc. Maybe impcantations
