When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack: Negate the attack, then you can apply the rest of this card's effect. Banish 1 Tuner monster and any number of non-Tuner monsters from your Graveyard, whose total Levels equal 8 or less, and if you do, Special Summon from your Extra Deck 1 Synchro Monster whose Level equals the total Levels of those banished monsters. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

Can only be used when your opponent declares a direct attack. This usually means this card can only be used when you are losing.
Banishes monsters from your graveyard.

Tips

Synchro Monsters

Here are some of the strongest Synchro monsters you can summon. Powered Inzektron is a good option when on the defense because he cannot be destroyed by battle the turn he is summoned, otherwise you can summon a high stat monster that your opponent cannot attack over.

The Synchro Summoning King’s Consonance is able to do bypasses material restrictions. As an example you can summon Chaos Goddess who has one of the most infamously restrictive Synchro material conditions.

Graveyard Setup

To properly utilize King’s Consonance you will first need monsters in your graveyard to use as Synchro materials. The quickest way to load them into the graveyard is through milling will effects like That Grass Looks Greener and Lightsworn cards.

Already tried this card. I used Beginning of Heaven and Earth to dump Charging Gaia (LV7 non tuner) and Secret Six Samurai Fuma (LV1 tuner) to GY. BoHaE can only dump Warrior monster, so Fuma is the best card I could pick.

Result of the test :
- Blackwing - Silverwind the Ascendant can be summoned easily and its effect of destroying 2 monsters also works
- Junk Destroyer can also be summoned easily, but its effect cannot be activated. Although Junk Destroyer itself is counted as Synchro summon, banishing non-tuner monster using King's Consonance effect is counted as part of Special Summon

Thanks for testing. So I was right - Junk Destroyer is a bad choice for this card.

Necro Fusion Synchro version. Pair it with Grass then try to get something perhaps?

I'm very sure Junk Destroyer won't destroy any cards if summoned via this card, making it actually the worst choice for this card.

The non-Tuners in this case are only used as a cost for an effect that Special Summons, they're not actually used as Synchro Materials. As a result, Junk Destroyer has no reference for its effect, so Junk Destroyer's effect does not activate.

Sure, the Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon, but it just so happens that the cost for the effect that Special Summons, mimic how you normally Synchro Summons. But you don't actually properly use them as materials.

The only source I ever found regarding summoning Junk Destroyer with this card, is the Tips page in Wikia which can be edited by anyone, including those unfamiliar with card rulings.
