If both players have 15 or more cards in their Graveyards: Pay 1000 LP; each player swaps the cards in their Graveyard with the cards in their Deck, then shuffles their Deck. You can only activate 1 "Exchange of the Spirit" per Duel.

Disrupts your opponent’s graveyard setup.
Gives you knowledge of your opponent’s deck.

Cons

The condition of having 15 cards in the graveyard can be difficult and defeats the original purpose of this card.

Tips

You can use this card to reset your opponent’s graveyard setup by returning everything back to the deck. Although you will also need 15 or more cards in your graveyard to activate Exchange of Spirit.
This card can possibly save you when facing a mill deck.

No we won't. It needs 15+ cards in both player's graveyards. Considering 99% of the time people are using 20 card decks, you probably won't ever get a chance to use this card in any duel.

if this was well more than 20 card I'd say combo with a card that banishes your opponents grave, but by the time you mill 15 from both you and your opponents deck. you probably can mill the last 5 easy

I don't see how this card can help you in duel links. Situational.
You need 15 cards (both players) in GY from a 20's deck.
Maybe for a rainbow dragon deck, still situational and too slow. Before you can take advantages of this the duel is over.

Pretty useless when you need 15 cards in your opponent's GY to activate this.

Mystic Quest

There is one way to still use it...

Banish your opponents graveyard first. With Soul Release for example

Card's ruling indicates each player must have 15+ cards in their own Graveyards. 15+ on your side, 15+ on my side.

So banishing your opponent's Graveyard would actually makes it harder to activate this card.

This nerfed version is not as nasty as the pre-nerfed version :p

The pre-nerfed version was so broken, it was Forbidden for many years, until Konami started giving nerf to some cards by giving them an errata. This was one of those cards that got nerfed.

Before this card got nerfed, it used to perform its swap so long as you alone had 15 or more in grave. Obviously, people would self-mill/thin out, then flip this card before the opponent could play more than a card or two. It was nuts.
