I heard its only from lv27 and less standard duelist!
Im in mission 36 and my standard duelist at lv33...
Any idea how can i get it?

I have got it just now against lv51 std duelist. Its only the second time that this card is dropped.

This card and restructer revolution will go really well. Too bad I can't get a hold of this card. Is so freaking rare.
