Announced in-game on the 26th of March, plans for future updates for April have been released!

KC Cup

1st Stage

Period	April 5-16

Period	April 13-16

A tournament that offers players to excel and prove their deck worthy of being on the top. KC Cup offers a huge variety of rewards from Legendary Duelists drops. Duel with Duelists from around the world and become the very best.

Duel-A-Thon

Duel-A-Thon will be held again in Mid January. During the event period, you will earn points every duel, to fill your "Duel Meter". Gather points every day and get daily rewards, accumulate those points over the course of the event to get even bigger prizes.

Event Exclusive Legendary Duelists are Coming to the Gate!

Starting Mid April players will be able to unlock the previously event exclusive Vellian Crowler through his unlock missions, once unlocked he will also be available to duel at the gate.

All playable duelist's level cap will be increased! Level them up to receive Jewels, Gems, Powerful Cards, and other rewards.

Popular cards will be display at Deck Editor and Ranked Duels

This new feature will be added to help players know what cards are relevant to the Meta and how they could build their deck around these cards or how to counter them.

Given that it'll be Espa's signature card, this simply won't happen. That being said, I don't know what he WOULD get as level-up cards, as most of his remaining cards are either too weak, make more sense as Booster Pack cards or won't work in Duel Links. Maybe Lord of the Red or Red-Eyes Fusion?

Possibly. This is reminding me that Valkyrian Knight is a possibility, too. (Particularly as that was in the Joey part of Legendary Decks 2. Command Knight and Evocator Chevalier are other things from there that seem possible candidates.)

They would add Syrus so soon when we have been waiting for Jesse, Espa and Zane longer?
I mean, nothing against syrus, but vehicroids are only good for making decks you don't expect to win with lol.
Maybe because hes cards are useless they are releasing him earlier...

The last sentence is exactly what I believe! Konami is getting easier to predict. They also might have decided to go ahead with Jesse in March because they don't believe that his Rainbow Dragon is too much of a threat in this format. I'm not saying that I believe that it is impossible to make competitive decks with vehicroids and crystal beasts with Rainbow Dragon, but still!

As much as I want to see the new Duelist be Zane, the original Japanese quotes fits more with Syrus.

The May duelist is Syrus (Sho Marufuji) based on his speech pattern in season 2 that talks like an underling. (Jap. Ver.)

I think that it is probably Syrus. But it is worth noting that the Japanese pronoun "boku" is also used by Marik Ishtar. But overall, the speech pattern sounds more similar to Syrus, and I can imagine him saying that he is ready to take on the world when he gained more confidence in the anime.

Probably not, Syria event was early March; doesn’t make sense for his unlock 2 months later- too soon. Also, “I’m ready to take on the world” doesn’t sound like something he would say.
