2500 ATK is not high enough as a level 7 monster that requires two tributes to be summoned. You need to build a deck that contains Dark Magician support cards to put the monster into practical use.
This card can be used to special summon Dark Magician from either your hand or your deck with the help of Sage's Stone.
This card is relatively useful in special summoning Dark Magician as long as you have a faced up Dark Magician Girl.
Once Dark Magician was special summoned or normal summoned you can easily destroy a monster from your opponent's side of the field, either faced down or faced up.
Clear your opponent's Trap/Spell zone easily after summoning Dark Magician with the use of this card.
Boosting your Dark Magician's attack by 700, now you can beat even Blue-Eyes White Dragon head on. Once this card is sent to the graveyard a bonus of 1000LP recovery will apply.
